Lady Kitty&#8217;s gown took around six months to create, with many different seamstresses, painters and artisans collaborating to design the breathtaking piece. The dress, an intricate floral lace design, featured a high neck, long sleeves and puffed shoulders, for a dramatic yet timeless silhouette. Created between the house\u2019s embroidery factory and its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tatler.com\/topic\/milan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Milan<\/a> atelier, Spencer had just four fittings to get the wedding dress right.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018One of the inspirations [was] definitely her love for Italy. Kitty is in love with our beautiful country and its rich history, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tatler.com\/topic\/art\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">art<\/a> and culture,\u2019 said Dolce. \u2018But she is also a girl who is very attached to her origins, to England; to her heritage of the great Victorian era.
