The Commercial UAV Forum has launched the European Commercial UAV Industry Survey<\/a>, an initiative aimed at gathering firsthand insights from drone pilots and operators across Europe. The survey seeks to capture the realities of UAV operations today, including the challenges professionals face, where they find the most value, and how new technologies are reshaping their work.<\/p>\n

The results will be compiled into a comprehensive report, to be released later as a free download on Commercial UAV News. The report will provide valuable data to inform business strategies, regulatory discussions, and technology development across Europe\u2019s growing drone ecosystem.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re asking drone pilots and operators across Europe to share the good and the bad of their real-world experiences in the industry,\u201d said Matt Collins, Content Manager for Commercial UAV Forum. \u201cBy collecting perspectives directly from those flying and managing operations, we can help the entire ecosystem better understand what\u2019s needed to move the industry forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

Insights for a Growing European UAV Sector<\/p>\n

The Commercial UAV Forum, organized by the team behind Commercial UAV Expo in the United States, will use the findings to help shape industry coverage and future event programming. One participant will be randomly selected to receive a free pass to attend the Commercial UAV Forum 2026, taking place April 22\u201323 at the RAI in Amsterdam, where industry leaders will discuss market trends, best practices, and operational case studies.<\/p>\n
