An Anlaby gym has recently reopened following a refurbishment that has seen the arrival of new equipment including bikes<\/a> and performance treadmills. East Riding<\/a> Leisure Haltemprice marked the occasion in late September with the hosting of the Les Mills launch roadshow, featuring a range of free exercise<\/a> classes led by guest Les Mills presenters.<\/p>\n The revamped gym area at the leisure centre, off Springfield Way, has undergone a deep clean, as well as being freshly painted and decorated. Electrical works were also carried out to install the new equipment during a 13-day closure.<\/p>\n The new additions include a hack squat, half rack and performance treadmills. The refurbishment also saw the installation of new Matrix bikes in the Cycle X studio.<\/p>\n Councillor Nick Coultish, cabinet member for culture, leisure and tourism at East Riding Of Yorkshire Council<\/a>, said: ”The opening of the new gym at East Riding Leisure Haltemprice was a real success.
