\n\tQueen Camilla\u00a0<\/a>took royal occasion dressing to a new level with her\u00a0tartan<\/a>\u00a0and autumnal-inspired attire during a visit to Scotland for the 150th anniversary of The Albert Hall in Aberdeenshire on Thursday, alongside King Charles<\/a> III.<\/p>\n

\n\tFor the fall season day out in Ballater, Scotland, the United Kingdom\u2019s queen consort wore a muted green jacket paired with a tartan red and green skirt. The green jacket featured a soft tone, with a sharp collar, lapel, waist pockets and buttons, the latter three elements featured a red and green tartan motif. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe midi skirt, which fell just below Queen Camilla\u2019s knee, featured a red tartan pattern to accentuate the red detailing on the jacket. The tartan motif featured severe horizontal and vertical lines, creating squares and including varying shades of muted red with hints of green. <\/p>\n

\n\tAlthough the blouse Queen Camilla wore couldn\u2019t be seen, the ivory, ruffled cuffs of the piece peeked out from the long sleeves of the jacket. Accessorizing the look and staying with the muted autumnal shades, Queen Camilla wore a silk scarf with shades of gold, brown and red throughout. <\/p>\n

\n\tAs for accessories, the British royal family<\/a> member opted for neutrals for her handbag and pumps in beige and embraced warm tones to complement her autumnal color scheme with gold earrings. <\/p>\n

\n\tTartan is a significant motif embraced by members of the British royal family<\/a>, and has been for decades. A connection to the Royal Stewart (or Royal Stuart) tartan from the 1800s. While staying at Balmoral Castle, located in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, the family often wears tartan pieces \u2014 Queen Camilla previously wore her Thursday ensemble to services at Balmoral in September. <\/p>\n
