Ange Postecoglou has broken the \u201cgolden rule\u201d at Tottenham after clashing once again with the club\u2019s fans, according to their former scout.<\/strong><\/p>\n Mick Brown, who also worked as the chief scout at Man United and Blackburn and remains very well-connected within the game, exclusively told Football Insider<\/strong> that the boss has now lost the backing of the Spurs supporters.<\/p>\n This comes after he appeared to cup his ear to the supporters following Pape Matar Sarr\u2019s disallowed goal against Chelsea \u2013 although he has since insisted that is not the case.<\/p>\n Brown previously told Football Insider<\/strong> that Postecoglou is under increasing sack pressure at Tottenham<\/a> amid growing anger from the stands.<\/p>\n Now, he explained that the \u201conly way back\u201d for the manager would be to win the rest of their games this season, although that looks unlikely to happen.<\/p>\n As a result, there is a growing feeling that he will be clash<\/strong><\/p>\n Tottenham fans have demanded Postecoglou be sacked<\/a> on multiple occasions this season, with a win against Southampton doing little to turn the tide.<\/p>\n Brown, who has a wealth of experience working closely with top-level managers including the likes of Ron Atkinson and Sir Alex Ferguson for over a decade at Man United, insisted that the fans could play a key role in his dismissal.<\/p>\n \u201cI can\u2019t understand the things he does sometimes,\u201d he told Football Insider.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cOne of the golden rules of management is you don\u2019t have a go at your own supporters.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s thrown that out of the window now with that reaction against Chelsea.<\/p>\n \u201cI find it strange that he would react like that and some of the things he\u2019s said in the past.<\/p>\n \u201cIf it was anybody else they\u2019d be saying he\u2019s asking to be sacked.<\/p>\n \u201cThe only way to rebuild that relationship now is to win the rest of their games this season, but it\u2019s highly unlikely that will happen.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd when the supporters turn, it\u2019s very difficult for any manager to stay in the job.\u201d<\/p>\n As speculation swirls surrounding the future of Postecoglou, the club have already begun assessing potential options to replace the manager.<\/p>\n Brown told Football Insider<\/strong> last month that Tottenham want Bournemouth\u2019s Andoni Iraola to replace Postecoglou<\/a> thanks to his impressive work at the Vitality Stadium.<\/p>\n However, Bournemouth want Iraola to agree a new contract<\/a> and are working hard to reach an agreement with the Spaniard.<\/p>\n Fulham boss Marco Silva is also an option<\/a> for Tottenham, while they are also considering a number of managers abroad who could
