From April 2025, the UK government has temporarily banned holidaymakers from bringing back EU cheese and meat products to try to prevent the spread of foot and mouth disease.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/go.skimresources.com?id=76202X1531042&amp;xs=1&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ripeinsurance.co.uk%2Fmotorhome-insurance%2F&amp;sref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.birminghammail.co.uk%2Ftravel%2Fa-31507358\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Ripe Motorhome InsuranceLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Ripe Motorhome Insurance<\/a> has collated what travellers can and can\u2019t bring back to the UK and what you can plan to bring into the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/all-about\/european-union\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">European Union<\/a>. Travellers will need to know what they can and can\u2019t bring back into the UK from their time in France so they can declare the products correctly and enable the border forces to seize and destroy the products accordingly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">If travellers don\u2019t declare the banned products, they could risk prosecution.
