Meghan Markle has been supportive of Prince Harry\u2019s long-awaited reunion with his father<\/a> King Charles, an insider has said. Just last month, The Duke of Sussex met with the monarch for a private tea at Clarence House,<\/a> marking their first face-to-face meeting since February 2024.<\/p>\n

Before this reunion, it is believed Harry, 41, and the King, 76, had a rocky relationship, with this having been the case since the duke quit royal life in 2020. It is also believed that the father and son also had no contact for a while<\/a> as a result of Harry\u2019s court appeal against The Home Office regarding his UK taxpayer-funded security – an appeal he lost in May.<\/p>\n
