The venue, run by siblings <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/whats-on-news\/liverpool-institutions-emotional-heartwarming-day-32503277\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Natalie and Graham Haywood<\/a>, first opened in 2010 and expanded across the city to Smithdown Road and <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/west-kirby\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"West KirbyLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">West Kirby<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">Earlier this year,<a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" the ECHO reported howLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\"> the ECHO reported how<\/a> the<a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/west-kirby\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" West KirbyLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\"> West Kirby<\/a> branch had closed citing <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/owners-closed-restaurant-immediate-effect-30703038\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"financial strugglesLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">financial struggles<\/a> and a &#8220;fragile industry&#8221; that looked &#8220;bleaker than ever&#8221;. Natalie confirmed that the company would focus on its remaining sites following the closure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">Loungers is among those interested and is &#8220;hopeful&#8221; about taking over. The group has sites including Milo Lounge on Lark Lane and Brasco Lounge on Mann Island in Liverpool.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/advanced-talks-new-owner-take-32539057\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Loungers&#8217;s planning application <\/a>includes a silver mirrored rail protruding from the base of the signage zone for the letters to sit on. The light box is to be internally lit with flat cut silver mirrored metal zig zag overlay detail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">Toward the top of the building is to be double-sided projection signs with blue mould detailing and internally lit off white projecting letters, set on a mirrored chrome background panel. It\u2019s a great area and we are hopeful to join the local community by opening a Lounge and creating between 30-40 new jobs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">&#8220;Nothing is totally confirmed yet, however, for every Lounge we open, it\u2019s important to us that we give back to the community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">&#8220;We partner with local charities to raise funds, our spaces are used for meetings of local groups and businesses, and we encourage customers to use us as a community hub.
