A person was rushed to hospital after they were ‘slashed’ during a disturbance on a Glasgow<\/a> street on Monday.<\/p>\n

Emergency services<\/a> raced to Duke Street, in the city’s east end, just before 4pm on October 13.<\/p>\n

Police locked down a section of the road<\/a>, with pictures from the scene showing at least three police vehicles and an ambulance.<\/p>\n

The nature of the incident<\/a> was not known at the time.<\/p>\n

A new image shared with our sister title Glasgow Live<\/a> shows a police cordon stretching along the edge of the pavement next to the street, which is busy with cars and a bus.<\/p>\n

It has since been confirmed that one person was taken to hospital<\/a> as a result. Their condition is still not known at this time.<\/p>\n

A Police Scotland<\/a> spokesperson said: \u201cAround 3.50pm on Monday, 13 October, 2025, we were called to a report of a disturbance in the Duke Street area of Glasgow.<\/p>\n

\u201cEmergency services attended, and one person has been taken to hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n
