NATO\u2019s Secretary General Mark Rutte has brutally humiliated Vladimir Putin over his \u201cexplosive hazard\u201d Kilo class submarine which is travelling through the English Channel and the North Sea.<\/p>\n
The submarine has been classed as an \u201cexplosive hazard\u201d and it is not known if the nuclear capable vessel has any board, NATO and the Royal Navy are monitoring the submarine.<\/p>\n
The Black Sea Fleet submarine Novorossiysk suffered a fuel leakage of diesel into the hull and the crew are unable to fix the malfunctions, it has been reported.<\/p>\n
