Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney jumped in to thank Trump for accidentally calling him the president. \u201cI\u2019m glad you upgraded me,\u201d Carney grinned.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, did I?\u201d Trump joked, eager to have the last laugh, before adding, \u201cAt least I didn\u2019t say governor.\u201d That quip was aimed at Carney\u2019s predecessor Justin Trudeau, who Trump trolled at length during his two terms as U.S. president.<\/p>\n

Trudeau, for his part, was unlikely to be paying too much attention given his other priorities right now<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Orb\u00e1n\u2019s bows <\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a bizarre scene, Hungary\u2019s nationalist Prime Minister Viktor Orb\u00e1n slowly emerged from behind a cluster of leaders and offered a low, deliberate bow<\/a> to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who was in mid-conversation with former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair.<\/p>\n

Observers were left guessing: Was it formal protocol, a gesture of flattery, or simple diplomatic confusion? Or perhaps an inside joke.<\/p>\n
