Building on a 30-year legacy of innovation and compassionate care, the incoming CEO will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the organisation\u2019s future strategy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and direction for The Brain Charity, ensuring its mission is embedded in every aspect of the organisation\u2019s work. This is a rare opportunity to guide a well-established and ambitious national charity into its next chapter, shaping a sustainable future for services that support people across the UK.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with the Board of Trustees, senior leadership team, staff, volunteers, and external partners, the CEO will lead the development and delivery of the organisation\u2019s strategy, drive income generation through fundraising and partnerships, and oversee effective, values-led operational management. Health and Social Care and\/or social science qualifications at NVQ Level 4 or above and\/or a relevant professional qualification are required.
