The author said that sustainable tourism practices are essential for the developing countries like India.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor said, \u201cThe tourism sector offers new avenues for economic stability in rural communities. Tourism plays a crucial role in achieving sustainable development goals. I urge the youth to come up with creative ideas in this field.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe growth of rural tourism revitalises traditional occupations, arts, and cultural practices. This book serves as a valuable guide linking rural tourism with sustainable livelihoods,\u201d he added. VSU Registrar Dr. K.
