Earlier this summer, under his new Jones &amp; Co group, he opened <a href=\"https:\/\/londontheinside.com\/corner-shop-has-opened-at-180-strand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corner Shop 180<\/a> a grocery, deli, bakery, cafe, and wine bar, basically a one-stop-shop for all things foodie, at the 180 the Thames complex on the Strand.<\/p>\n<p>Now he\u2019s getting back into the hotel game and opening the St. Clement Hotel above the shop in 2026. The property will boast 90 bedrooms, 15 apartments, a gym and a <a href=\"https:\/\/londontheinside.com\/map\/rooftop-bars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rooftop<\/a> restaurant.
