{"id":501899,"date":"2025-10-15T16:24:19","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T16:24:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/501899\/"},"modified":"2025-10-15T16:24:19","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T16:24:19","slug":"liverpool-prodigy-lamore-lee-forrester-dubbed-outstanding-and-named-as-one-of-the-best-young-talents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/501899\/","title":{"rendered":"Liverpool prodigy La&#8217;more Lee Forrester dubbed &#8216;outstanding&#8217; and named as one of the best young talents"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Arne Slot has created a clear pathway to the first team at Liverpool, and now one of his youth stars has been labelled as one of the most exciting young talents.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Dutchman was ruthless during his maiden transfer window with the Reds, as several promising academy players, <a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/liverpool-could-earn-millions-more-from-bobby-clark-sale-as-two-transfer-clauses-included\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">including Bobby Clark, were sold<\/a> after being deemed not good enough for the senior squad.<\/p>\n<p>However, he promoted talented duo <a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/rio-ngumoha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rio Ngumoha<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/trey-nyoni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trey Nyoni<\/a> to the first team this summer, with the latter featuring prominently thus far.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btbf-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@BeyondTheBackFour?sub_confirmation=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">    <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"object-fit:unset\" src=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/custom\/themes\/grv-media\/img\/podcast\/btbf-title.svg\" alt=\"\"\/>  Click to subscribe to the podcast <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"object-fit:unset;height:30px;width:fit-content\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/custom\/themes\/grv-media\/img\/podcast\/youtube.svg\" alt=\"\"\/>  <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/rio-ngumoha-breaks-23-year-premier-league-record-for-liverpool-he-joins-rooney\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ngumoha etched his name in Premier League history<\/a> following his match-winner in the 3-2 victory against Newcastle United earlier this season.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" loading=\"lazy\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/GettyImages-2232071637-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Liverpool's Rio Ngumoha celebrates scoring against Newcastle United\" class=\"wp-image-979784\" \/>Photo by Liverpool FC\/Liverpool FC via Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>While the 17-year-old clearly has a bright future at Anfield, another rising star who is plying his trade at the AXA Training Centre has received special recognition.<\/p>\n<p>La\u2019more Lee Forrester is one of Liverpool\u2019s brightest talents<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/football\/ng-interactive\/2025\/oct\/13\/next-generation-2025-20-of-the-best-talents-at-premier-league-clubs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Guardian<\/a> released their annual list of next generation talents, focusing on one first-year scholar from each <a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/english-premier-league\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Premier League<\/a> club.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, the British tabloid named Ngumoha as <a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/liverpool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Liverpool\u2019s<\/a> starlet and now the forward is considered a fully-fledged member of the senior squad.<\/p>\n<p>Reporter Andy Hunter has now named La\u2019more Lee Forrester as the academy prospect to watch for this season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe England Under-15 international might be the latest gifted winger to roll off the academy production line at Liverpool. Liverpool expect him to play a prominent role for Simon Wiles\u2019s Under-18s \u2013 he is already off the mark in terms of goals and assists this season \u2013 and academy coaches are working on harnessing his pace to maximum effect on the pitch.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite becoming the Under-18s\u2019 second youngest debutant in 2023, Forrester\u2019s season was hindered by a long-term injury.<\/p>\n<p>The 16-year-old has begun the 2025\/26 campaign for the Under-18s in scintillating fashion, scoring three league goals in his opening five outings.
