The leak has occurred in Bute Terrace near the city centre underneath the railway bridge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"walesonline\">The road will be closed off on Sunday, October 19, from 4pm until no later than 4am on Tuesday, October 21.
