Loose Women<\/a> returned to ITV<\/a> with a special interview with Beyonce<\/a>\u2019s mother, Tina Knowles, following the release of her new memoir, Matriach. As well as talking about her superstar daughters, the 71-year-old opened up about her challenging cancer diagnosis and how her children supported her during the tough time.<\/p>\n

Tina became emotional as she recalled how her health issues forced her to call on her loved ones, who were her pillar of strength. Panellist Charlene White<\/a> asked the star: \u201cDo you have a group of women, aside from your daughters, who are your group, who helped to lift you up in such a moment?\u201d However, as Tina shared on the \u201cimportance\u201d of friendship, some viewers took to social media to complain about co-host Jane Moore\u2019s seemingly visible \u201cdisinterest.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taking to X, one fumed: \u201cOmg, a pre-record! #LooseWomen – the way you promo\u2019d that should be viewed as the equivalent of clickbait\u2026. (I\u2019m turning over out of principle).\u201d<\/p>\n

Another stated: \u201cSorry but @CharleneWhite should of done the interview with #tinaknowles alone. Jane sucked the energy out of the room! #LooseWomen.\u201d<\/p>\n

A third remarked: \u201cGod, you can tell Jane was disinterested in Tina Knowles, and her frostiness was palpable. Also, what was with Coleen and her catty comment? Clearly, these women don’t like to celebrate successful women from different backgrounds to them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTina Knowles verging on tears over her cancer diagnosis. #loosewomen,\u201d noted another fan.<\/p>\n

She told the panellists: \u201cFriendships with women is of the utmost importance to me, it’s one of my biggest priorities to stay connected, because when I went through that [cancer diagnosis], I depended on my daughters.<\/p>\n

Tina became visibly emotional and choked back tears as she recalled: \u201cI didn\u2019t even have to tell them what was going on, I just went to Houston and gathered my girlfriends and we went to church, we went to lunch, we went out partying at the club and dancing.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just said \u2018I don\u2019t want to talk about what’s going on, but I need you guys right now,\u2019 and they were all right there with me, so they\u2019ve been a big part of my life my whole life.\u201d<\/p>\n
