\u201cThere is some positivity to take from administration if it goes down that road that it might get the current owner out, and that\u2019s what it would ultimately allow to do. Administrators would take control of the club day-to-day and the current owner would no longer be in a position of power. <\/p>\n
\u201cSo you don\u2019t like the term administration in football club language, its still not nice and it brings with it a lot of uncertainty and ultimately people won\u2019t get paid. People who are owed money by the club might have to miss out on those payments because that money just isn\u2019t going to be there.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cA sporting penalty too of course, it would mean a points deduction so there are on-pitch implications. <\/p>\n
\u201cSo normally speaking it is a really bad thing, but the way the ownership structure is at that club, a lot of the fanbase have already come out and said already that actually this is the way to get the owner out then this is what the club has got to do and they understand that as well.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s really tricky because it might be short-term pain for long-term gain and hopefully a buyer can come in to sort it out and turn that club around.\u201d \u00a0<\/p>\n

Plumley also thinks that administration may be the turning point for potential buyers to publicly state their interest in taking over the club.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe know there are people interested, we see a lot of John Textor being mentioned, we\u2019ve seen Mike Ashley\u2019s name been mentioned, there are a few others I\u2019m sure there are waiting in the wings,\u201d Plumley said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of interest always in buying a football club across the board. We\u2019ve seen people who want to buy the club having real issues communicating with the current owner. <\/p>\n
