Liverpool need to pick up just one point against Tottenham on Sunday to officially be crowned Premier League<\/a> champions, with Arne Slot<\/a> having enjoyed an excellent first season in charge of the Reds.<\/p>\n Tottenham<\/a>, meanwhile, are currently sat 16th in the league and Ange Postecoglou’s primary focus is now the Europa League<\/a> with Spurs set to host Bodo\/Glimt in the first leg of their semi-final clash on Thursday.<\/p>\n Tottenham will qualify for next season’s Champions League<\/a> if they can win the Europa League and Postecoglou rested several key players for Spurs’ 2-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest<\/a> on Monday as a result.<\/p>\n Postecoglou may well decide to do the same thing when Tottenham travel to Anfield this Sunday, although his squad is not struggling with too many injury problems. Defender Radu Dragusin remains a long-term absentee, having suffered an ACL injury in January.<\/p>\n Club captain Heung-min Son is also set to miss the game with a foot injury, although he has stepped up his recovery and trained outdoors on Friday. We’ve got another 48 hours to decide which way we go.”<\/p>\n Kevin Danso could make his first start after recovering from a hamstring injury, while James Maddison<\/a> is fully fit after he was forced off against Frankfurt with a head injury. Maddison was an unused substitute against Forest.<\/p>\n Liverpool<\/a>, meanwhile, could hand Trent Alexander-Arnold<\/a> his first start since March after he returned to action against Leicester<\/a> last week. Alexander-Arnold scored the winner after coming off the bench to replace Conor Bradley.<\/p>\n Joe Gomez remains sidelined with a hamstring injury, but the defender could return to action before the end of the season. “If his recovery goes well, he would be able to [play] maybe in the last one or two games of the season,” Slot said when asked about Gomez’s recovery.<\/p>\n “But he is still not training with us yet.
