Kevin Federline<\/a> has alleged that his ex-wife Britney Spears<\/a> \u2018punched\u2019 their eldest son in the face.<\/p>\n The pair, who were married from 2004 \u2013 2007<\/a>, share two sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19.<\/p>\n The 47-year-old dancer, actor and DJ has levelled a series of major accusations at Spears, 43, in his upcoming memoir<\/a>, titled You Thought You Knew.<\/p>\n This also includes the allegation that she would stand outside her children\u2019s doorway as they slept<\/a>, with \u2018a knife in her hand.\u2019<\/p>\n Spears denied these allegations on X, accusing her ex-husband of \u2018gaslighting\u2019 her.<\/p>\n New excerpts from the book, which is on release from October 21, claim that Preston told Federline that Spears \u2018punched him in the face.\u2019<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t According to Variety<\/a>, the book details a series of accusations levelled at the Toxic and Hit Me Baby One More Time singer, regarding her \u2018erratic\u2019 behaviour toward her children.<\/p>\n This includes the claim that Preston told Federline that his mother had \u2018punched him in the face\u2019 \u2013 and that he once asked why Spears kept forcing him to bathe with her when he was \u201910 or 11.\u2019<\/p>\n Federline also alleges that Spears would bleach the boys\u2019 hair down to the scalp, leaving them with burns.<\/p>\n \t\t Other incidents, which Federline says the brothers recorded on their phones<\/a>, include Spears waking Jayden up at midnight to put lotion on his face, and verbally berating them.<\/p>\n He also claims that she fed Jayden shellfish, despite knowing that he was allergic to it.<\/p>\n Finally, Federline recalls an incident in which Preston went to Europe with his girlfriend\u2019s family on vacation \u2013 during which he received a call from his mother, blaming Federline for everything. <\/p>\n \u2018She told him she wished he, his brother, and me were all dead,\u2019 Federline writes.<\/p>\n \t\t Spears hit back at Federline\u2019s previous accusations<\/a> earlier this week, while also criticising her teenage sons\u2019 recent lack of presence in her life.<\/p>\n \u2018The constant gaslighting from my ex-husband is extremely hurtful and exhausting,\u2019 she wrote on social media<\/a>, \u2018I have always pleaded and screamed to have a life with my boys.\u2019<\/p>\n She continued: \u2018Relationships with teenage boys is complex.<\/p>\n I have felt demoralized by this situation and have always asked and begged for them to be a part of my life.<\/p>\n \u2018Sadly, they have always witnessed the lack of respect shown by my own father for me. They need to take responsibility for themselves.\u2019<\/p>\n \t\t She went on to outline the lack of contact she felt she\u2019d had with her sons over the last five years, adding: \u2018I have pride too.\u2019<\/p>\n \u2018Trust me,\u2019 she continued, \u2018those white lies in that book, they are going straight to the bank and I am the only one who genuinely gets hurt here.<\/p>\n \u2018I will always love them and if you really know me, you won\u2019t pay attention to the tabloids of my mental health<\/a> and drinking.\u2019<\/p>\n She finished: \u2018I am actually a pretty intelligent woman who has been trying to live a sacred and private life the past 5 years. I speak on this because I have had enough and any real woman would do the same.\u2019<\/p>\n \t\t In a lengthy follow-up tweet, she continued to deny Federline\u2019s version of events, writing: \u2018I 100 percent beg to differ the way he is literally attacking me in his interviews.\u2019<\/p>\n Alleging that Federline was merely \u2018trying to get paid,\u2019 Spears asked: \u2018why is HE SO ANGRY\u2026.\u2019<\/p>\n She continued: \u2018yes, they secretly love to cast me out and make me feel completely isolated,\u2019 before sharing an incident in which she claims she was excluded from her son\u2019s birthday celebrations at her Louisiana home.<\/p>\n \t\t A representative for Spears previously told Metro: <\/strong> \u2018With news from Kevin\u2019s book breaking, once again he and others are profiting off her and sadly it comes after child support has ended with Kevin.<\/p>\n \u2018All she cares about are her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James and their well-being during this sensationalism.
