They are wanted in connection with a range of alleged crimes and police forces are asking for information from the public to help find them<\/p>\n

Police in Wales are looking for a number of people who are wanted in relation to a series of alleged crimes. Officers are asking for members of the public to come forward if they have any information about the whereabouts of the people listed below.<\/p>\n

This is not a comprehensive list of every wanted person in Wales. South Wales Police shares its active appeals on its force Facebook page but not all are featured as officers make every effort to trace suspects prior to them being published as wanted.<\/p>\n

North Wales Police does not remove all its appeals once they are no longer active meaning some older ones still appear online. The force was not able to confirm whether these were still active and the people were still wanted. To maintain the greatest degree of accuracy we have chosen to only include appeals shared since September 20, 2025, for both forces. We have asked both forces to provide us with full lists but they have declined to do so. Gwent Police and Dyfed-Powys Police appeals featured here are up to date.<\/p>\n

Below are the people highlighted by police forces as wanted in Wales at the time of writing (October 17). Sardi Hasani\"man\"Sardi Hasani(Image: Gwent Police)<\/p>\n

Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate 31-year-old Sardi Hasani who has allegedly breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on Wednesday, May 15. He has now been recalled to prison. The force said Hasani had links to Swansea.<\/p>\n

Leigh Elston\"man\"Leigh Elston(Image: Gwent Police)<\/p>\n

Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate 35-year-old Leigh Elston from the Penpedairheol area. Elston has allegedly breached his licence conditions and has been recalled to prison. He received a prison sentence of five years and nine months for possession of drugs with intent to supply at Cardiff Crown Court in July 2020.<\/p>\n

Russell Turner\"man\"Russell Turner(Image: Gwent Police)<\/p>\n

Gwent Police is re-appealing to locate Russell Turner, 29, who failed to return to HMP Prescoed. He was convicted of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, possessing criminal property, and assault of an emergency worker at Birmingham Crown Court in March 2020.<\/p>\n

Turner is described as around 6ft tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his arms, hand, neck, and torso and a scar on his head. Members of the public are advised not to approach him.<\/p>\n

Police said: “Turner has links to the West Midlands area, mainly Birmingham, and he is not a registered sex offender. It is believed there may be a potential risk as the individual is no longer in the custody of the prison service. We have activated our operational plan with the aim of locating the individual and the prison are co-operating fully with us.”<\/p>\n

Dean Robbins\"man\"Dean Robbins(Image: Gwent Police)<\/p>\n

Officers carrying out an investigation into an alleged assault would like to speak to Dean Robbins who could assist their inquiries. Gwent Police is looking to speak to the 33-year-old in connection with the investigation. It is believed he has links to Alway, Newport.<\/p>\n

Valter Hoxha\"man\"Valter Hoxha(Image: South Wales Police)<\/p>\n

Gwent Police is appealing for information to find Valter Hoxha from Newport. Hoxha, 40, is reported to have breached his licence conditions following his release from prison on April 18 and is now recalled to prison. He was sentenced to 13 months in prison after he was found guilty of being concerned in the production of cannabis and possession of criminal property.<\/p>\n

Leon Wells, 40, from Abertysswg, is wanted for allegedly breaching his licence conditions.<\/p>\n

Altaib Ahmad Altagani, 32, from Newport, has been recalled to prison.<\/p>\n

David Davies, 30, from Waun Wen, Swansea, is wanted by police for alleged offences including, criminal damage, harassment, and is also wanted on recall to prison.<\/p>\n

Daniel Flynn, 23, from Rumney, Cardiff is wanted for suspected escaping lawful custody while on a hospital escort.<\/p>\n

South Wales Police are looking for Christopher Pearce from Cardiff. The 39-year-old is wanted for multiple alleged offences including assault.<\/p>\n
