The UK seaside city ranked 11th, making it the <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" title=\"UK&#039;s most walkable cities to visit this autumn ranked \u2013 full list\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/travel\/uk\/2119488\/most-walkable-cities-uk-ranked\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">highest-ranking UK location on the list<\/a>, ahead of London, Edinburgh, and Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>Time Out surveyed over 18,000 city residents worldwide to assess happiness, quality of life, and urban experiences. Participants rated their cities on a range of factors, including culture, nightlife, food, walkability, affordability, and overall quality of life. Respondents also answered questions specifically related to happiness, such as whether their city makes them feel happy, whether they find joy in everyday experiences, and whether they feel a sense of shared happiness among local residents.<\/p>\n<p>The survey ranked Abu Dhabi as the happiest city in the world for 2025, followed by Medell\u00edn, Cape Town, Mexico City, and Mumbai.
