Liverpool<\/a> suffered their fourth consecutive defeat in all competitions as they came up short against Manchester United<\/a> in the Premier League on Sunday. The Reds carved out plenty of opportunities throughout the encounter at Anfield but were stunned 2-1 by the visitors<\/a> as Ruben Amorim<\/a> recorded back-to-back league wins for the first time as Red Devils boss.<\/p>\n

Liverpool<\/a> suffered an awful start to the match as Bryan Mbeumo fired the away team ahead just two minutes into the encounter. The hosts pushed forward in search of an equaliser and were rewarded when Cody Gakpo turned the ball in from close range after hitting the woodwork on three occasions. But Harry Maguire popped up with the winning goal six minutes before the end. The result followed Liverpool<\/a>\u2019s defeats against Crystal Palace, Galatasaray and Chelsea<\/a>, with the Reds\u2019 season quickly unravelling. And Slot has four players he should drop following the difficult run of results.<\/p>\n

Alexander Isak<\/p>\n

Alexander Isak has endured a tough start to life at Anfield following his blockbuster move from Newcastle<\/a> in the summer.<\/p>\n

The Sweden international is yet to score for the Reds in the Premier League and was guilty of missing a couple of decent chances against United.<\/p>\n

Liverpool<\/a> started the season in blistering form with Hugo Ekitike leading the forward line, and the Frenchman should be restored to the starting line-up in place of Isak until the former Magpies striker can find his stride.<\/p>\n

Alexis Mac Allister<\/p>\n

Alexis Mac Allister was left in a heap on the ground<\/a> following a collision with team-mate Virgil van Dijk in the lead-up to United\u2019s opener at Anfield.<\/p>\n

And he struggled to assert his authority on the match from that moment onwards as the Argentine offered little going forward while failing to prevent a barrage of attacks from the visitors.<\/p>\n

Slot has an array of talent at his disposal, with the likes of Florian Wirtz, Curtis Jones and Jeremie Frimpong desperate to claim a starting place. And Mac Allister could soon find himself warming the bench.<\/p>\n

Milos Kerkez<\/p>\n

Milos Kerkez was a bag of nerves at times against Amorim\u2019s team and made a number of errors. The Hungarian left-back excelled for Bournemouth last season but is struggling to find his feet on Merseyside.<\/p>\n

And Slot should turn to Anfield hero Andy Robertson as he looks to shore up his backline and give his team a different edge in attack.<\/p>\n

Conor Bradley<\/p>\n

Conor Bradley was another weak link for Liverpool<\/a> during their latest defeat, with the right-back lacking the attacking output his predecessor Trent Alexander-Arnold<\/a> used to offer Slot. And the academy graduate was also exposed defensively.<\/p>\n

Slot could bring Frimpong back into the fold on the right, or the Dutchman could turn to either Dominik Szoboszlai or Curtis Jones and rearrange his midfield going forward.
