No injuries were reported.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  After a short pursuit, the car was stopped on Birkenshaw Street after crashing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heraldscotland.com\/topics\/glasgow-sheriff-court\/?ref=ed_direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Glasgow Sheriff Court<\/a> on Monday.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heraldscotland.com\/topics\/police-scotland\/?ref=ed_direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Now, Police Scotland<\/a> has launched an appeal for information.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <strong>Read more:<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Constable Rose Richmond said: \u201cOur enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident and hasn\u2019t already spoken to officers to contact us.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cThe area was busy at the time and I would also ask anyone who has mobile phone footage or dash cam footage which could assist to get in touch.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 2552 of 18 October, 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Around 5.40pm, offficers were made aware of a car driving dangerously on Provan Road.
