BKFC fighter Bryce Henry took multitasking to the extreme on Saturday night.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After dropping his opponent, Roderick Stewart (2-3), at the end of the first round with a stiff jab, Henry (6-0) whipped out a chessboard and began playing with his coach between rounds.<\/p>\n

The disrespectful move clearly wound Stewart up, who came out swinging for the fences in the second stanza.<\/p>\n

Henry, who also sports a 7-1 professional boxing record, effortlessly evaded Stewart’s wild looping shots and made him pay with a hard right hand.<\/p>\n

The shot sent Stewart tumbling to the canvas, but the brave Texan climbed back to his feet.<\/p>\n

As he did, Henry stepped in with a sickening right to the body to close the show.<\/p>\n

In the immediate aftermath of his victory, Henry called out BKFC welterweight champion Julian ‘Let Me Bang’ Lane.<\/p>\n

“That’s my f***ing belt,” he bellowed.<\/p>\n

“I have got two things to do: take my belt and get a follow from [Conor] McGregor<\/a>, and then I did it in life.”<\/p>\n

What is the lay of the land at welterweight?<\/p>\n

Lane (9-8), best known for his infamous drunken meltdown on The Ultimate Fighter, picked up the world title with a unanimous decision victory over Gorjan ‘GoGo’ Slaveski in August.<\/p>\n

He picked up the belt after Austin Trout<\/a> vacated the title to move down to lightweight.<\/p>\n

At the time of writing, Henry is not ranked in the welterweight top five.<\/p>\n

Former champion Trout (4-0) occupies the No.1 spot with Carlos Trinidad (6-1), Ricardo Franco (10-3) and Connor Tierney (9-2) placed just behind him.<\/p>\n

The No.5 spot is currently vacant, but Henry is expected to fill it following his statement-making performance. <\/p>\n

Giving props to his opponent, Henry added: “I knew this guy was a tough motherf***** and I knew he would get back up.<\/p>\n

“So I had to chop him down like a tree, and that’s how we did it…<\/p>\n

“I want to thank the fans, the new fans, my family, everyone who is out there.<\/p>\n
