Talking to the Mirror<\/a> at the Pride of Britain<\/a> awards, Helen was asked what her plans were with her children for the festive season. She responded that she didn’t have any. “I have to co-parent, which is really rubbish,” she explained.<\/p>\n “My children’s father – I live very north of Manchester and he lives in Bath so it’s not like we can co-parent like when you’re in the same city. It’s also really unnatural when you’re a mum and you don’t have your kids for Christmas,” she said. “But it’s just a day.”<\/p>\n Without her children with her, Helen has decided to spend the Christmas season doing panto. “I’m the Evil Queen of Liverpool! That’ll keep me really busy,” she laughed.<\/p>\n On the day itself, Helen is going to be with her mother, Julia, father Paul, brother Tom and his wife. She will also be with Tom’s son. “At least I’ve got my nephew,” Helen added. “But I’ll have my kids for New Years!”<\/p>\n Helen was in a relationship with footballer Scott from 2009 to 2022. They got engaged in 2018 and had two daughters and a son. But in October 2022, the couple called it quits.<\/p>\n A source told The Sun: \u201cHelen has removed her engagement ring and told those close to her that she is no longer with Scott. They hit a rough patch in the summer and after Helen came back from [filming I’m A Celebrity<\/a> in] South Africa it ended for good. Helen and Scott have committed to co-parenting their kids as a family unit.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Helen revealed to the Mail Online that she was the one to end the relationship, after they’d been on-and-off for a while. “[We] were always quietly breaking up and then getting back together.”<\/p>\n She also admitted that the two “don’t like each other at all” but still care about each other. She told Charlotte Dawson on her podcast: “We don’t like each other at all, we don’t get on. I do know that Scott – he’d never admit it – cares about me too and he does love me.<\/p>\n “But I’m so done, I could never have another relationship again where we would always be bickering. I haven’t got another argument in me. As women we try and do anything we can to make it work with the father of your children and I did. But I think for me if I was in a relationship with someone else it would have to be easy because I haven’t got the energy in me again, I’ve done all that with the father of my kids.”<\/p>\n Like this story?
