Who said workouts can\u2019t be a \u2018jump\u2019start to fun?,\u201d she captioned her post.<\/p>\n<p>She also listed several benefits associated with this form of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/fitness\/switch-from-boring-to-fun-workouts-4860691\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>workout<\/strong><\/a><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>stating that a trampoline workout targets the back, core, and leg muscles, in addition to working the arms, neck, and glutes. She added that it strengthens the core and burns fat, is low-impact on joints, and provides a high-intensity burn. It improves stability, balance, and posture, boosts circulation, and aids detoxification. It also helps perfect dexterity and balance. Use a stable <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/kate-middleton-jumping-trampoline-exercise-benefits-8396063\/\" class=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trampoline<\/a> <\/strong>\u2013 ensure it\u2019s well placed on a non-slip surface.<\/p>\n<p>4.
