Morrisons has issued an urgent table sauce warning, telling consumers “do not eat”.<\/p>\n
The supermarket chain is recalling<\/a> Morrisons<\/a> Savers Salad Cream as it may contain egg and mustard, which are not mentioned on the label. It means the product could be a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to egg and\/or an allergy to mustard.<\/p>\n An allergy alert post shared by the Food Standards Agency said: “Morrisons is recalling the above product <\/a>from customers and has been advised to contact the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall.<\/p>\n “The company has also issued a recall notice to its customers. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.”<\/p>\n In its advice to customers, people have been told “do not eat it.” The statement continued: “Instead, return it to any Morrisons store for a full refund. No receipt is required. For further enquiries, please contact Morrisons Customer Services on 0345 611 6111.”<\/p>\n Product details<\/p>\n What should you do?<\/p>\n Do not eat the product and, instead, return it to your nearest store for a full refund.
