Netflix has dropped the full trailer for \u201cTroll 2,\u201d the upcoming sequel to \u201cThe Wave\u201d and \u201cTomb Raider\u201d director Roar Uthaug\u2019s 2022 Norwegian monster movie.<\/p>\n

When a dangerous new troll is awakened, unleashing devastation across Norway, beloved adventurers Nora (Ine Marie Wilmann), Andreas (Kim Falck) and Captain Kris (Mads Sj\u00f8g\u00e5rd Pettersen) are thrust into their most perilous mission yet.<\/p>\n

To stop the creature\u2019s ruthless rampage, they must enlist new allies and delve into the country\u2019s ancient history, searching for answers. As the clock ticks and the troll\u2019s path of destruction grows wider, our heroes face impossible odds in their fight to save their homeland from falling into darkness.<\/p>\n

The original film set records as the most popular non-English film to date for the streaming giant with 103 million views.<\/p>\n

Uthaug returns as director with the script by Espen Aukan, the new film promising a much larger-scale movie and an expanded adventure element. Espen Horn and Kristian Strand Sinkerud produce.<\/p>\n

\u201cTroll 2\u201d will premiere on December 1st on Netflix.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
