<\/p>\nEconomy Minister Dr Caoimhe Archibald visited Instil\u2019s offices in Belfast city centre on Wednesday to announce the company\u2019s ambition to triple turnover by the end of 2028. <\/p>\n
It\u2019s already hired 21 people as part of a push to create 100 jobs in total, and is recruiting positions such as senior software engineers, tech managers and commercial sales executives.<\/p>\n
The consultancy, which also specialises in cyber-security, was founded 20 years ago and provides product development services for clients across the UK and US.<\/p>\n
The Minister said: \u201cGrowing our digital sector is a key priority of mine. This investment is a transformative step for Instil and a significant boost for our world-renowned IT and cyber security sector.\u201d<\/p>\n
She said the new jobs would be \u201chigh quality\u201d roles and would be created with the support of economic development agency Invest NI. <\/p>\n
\u201cRoles will be on offer to IT professionals and graduates; helping people at all stages of their career journey.<\/p>\n
\u201cToday I was pleased to hear how the company is committed to environmental sustainability with its green action plan helping it to reduce carbon emissions.\u201d<\/p>\n
As part of its plans, the company is also intending to relocate to larger premises in Belfast at a later date.<\/p>\n
Paddy O\u2019Hagan, CEO of Instil, said: \u201cThis investment supports our ambitious growth strategy to win new customers across the UK and US in sectors such as fintech and regulated markets. <\/p>\n
“With a bigger team, we will be ready to scale rapidly and help more technology brands transform and innovate with secure, category-defining software.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have already recruited 21 of the new positions and hope to have all positions filled by 2027.<\/p>\n

Invest NI has offered \u00a3600,000 towards the creation of the 100 new jobs. It has also offered \u00a3120,000 to support the company\u2019s operational efficiencies when it moves to its new premises.<\/p>\n
Richard Christie, director of technology and services at Invest NI said: \u201cToday\u2019s announcement will ensure that Instil is best placed to grow its turnover and reach new markets.<\/p>\n
