Kind of like clapping with one hand.<\/p>\n<p>On the 25th of April, Brazil\u2019s B3 stock exchange made crypto history with the <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CryptoSlate\/status\/1915930073418633423\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">launch of XRPH11<\/a> \u2013 the world\u2019s first spot XRP ETF. Think of it as XRP\u2019s red carpet moment, just rolled out in S\u00e3o Paulo instead of Wall Street.<\/p>\n<p>But forget about a parabolic run. <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/xrp-ripple-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">XRP<\/a> closed the day 1.07% down from its original entry price, echoing the slow-burn reaction we saw with Solana\u2019s ETF.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Still, if 2025 had a theme song for Ripple, it\u2019d be \u201cAll I Do Is Win.\u201d From legal wins to ETF milestones, it\u2019s been one headline after another.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The short-term buzz might\u2019ve fizzled, but with momentum building, are we looking at Ripple as one of crypto\u2019s long-term power plays?<\/p>\n<p>Why an XRP spot ETF matters<\/p>\n<p>It looks like Brazil is all set to outpace the U.S. in making itself a pro-crypto nation. First came <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/solana-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Solana<\/a>, now it\u2019s Ripple.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In under two years, Brazil has greenlit two spot ETFs tied to two of the top five crypto assets. That alone speaks volumes about why a spot ETF matters \u2013 it\u2019s not just about price.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In fact, it\u2019s about global positioning in the digital finance race. You either take the lead or risk getting left behind. Clearly, Brazil isn\u2019t taking the risk.<\/p>\n<p>Its <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/brazil-approves-solana-etf-could-this-be-the-breakthrough-sol-needs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Solana spot ETF<\/a> (QSOL11), launched in 2024, had a rocky start, losing 20% in just two days. Brazil\u2019s B3 just rolled out XRPH11, the world\u2019s first spot XRP ETF. Day one ended slightly in the red.<\/p>\n<p>However, the bigger picture is in the exposure \u2013 it offers a direct, regulated gateway into XRP for traditional investors.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With improving order book strength and increasing liquidity inflows, this could be a turning point. <\/p>\n<p>And who knows \u2013 it might just nudge more cautious regulators to act, especially with a <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/paul-atkins-sworn-in-as-sec-chair-effect-on-the-crypto-market\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">pro-crypto advocate<\/a> now leading the SEC in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Setting the foundation for growth<\/p>\n<p>No doubt, the real rocket fuel for Ripple would be a U.S. nod for a spot XRP ETF.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/bitcoin-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Bitcoin [BTC]<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/ethereum-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Ethereum [ETH]<\/a> have already shown how powerful a Wall Street listing can be in driving asset valuations.<\/p>\n<p>Bitcoin\u2019s recent performance says it all.
