A surplus site on Bankfoot Road, held by the housing revenue account (HRA), was the preferred location.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cTo facilitate this, the housing and community safety board approved an exchange between the HRA and general fund of the St Fergus\u2019 Primary School site on Blackstoun Road for the site on Bankfoot Road.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cHRA acquired the Blackstoun Road site including the building in question, which was by then vacant.
