Piers Morgan<\/a> has sparked uproar online after his \u201cdisturbing\u201d rant about Prince Harry<\/a> and Meghan Markle<\/a> ahead of the launch of his new book. On Tuesday (October 21), the Uncensored host joined Camilla Tominey on The Daily T podcast<\/a>, where he shared his unfiltered view on the Sussexes. His new book, Woke Is Dead, claims to welcome the return of a common-sense world.<\/p>\n

In the book, he discusses the woke movement that would change society forever, sparking cancel culture across the world. Discussing his book with the GB News presenter, she couldn\u2019t help but ask him about his views on the royals, who feature heavily in the book. She asked, \u201cDo you actually hate Harry and Meghan? Because they do feature in a chapter in the book, a royal chapter.\u201d<\/p>\n

He replied: \u201cNo, I actually have less and less interest in them. But yes, there is a chapter really about the royals generally but also about\u2014to me\u2014what they represent.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Harry and Meghan] are the epitome of the worst aspects of wokeism, the virtue signalling, the victimhood, the always blaming other people, and the rank hypocrisy.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike they\u2019re jumping on private jets and then preaching about the environment, preaching about poverty on their Twitter account, and then spending $1 million on a baby shower and so on.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere’s an underpinning of hypocrisy, double standards, virtue signalling, victimhood, all these things which I despise about the woke mentality. But they\u2019ve become increasingly less relevant, really.\u201d<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t take long before listeners flocked to X \u2013 formerly known as Twitter \u2013 to share their thoughts on his rant online. One user penned: \u201cIt\u2019s quite disturbing how obsessed Morgan is with them. For someone who is meant to have no interest in them, he talks about them all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another agreed: \u201cFor two people that have become less relevant, why would you take the time out to even mention them in the book that would\u2019ve been a great follow-up question from a good journalist?\u201d<\/p>\n

A third added: \u201cQuick… let\u2019s bang on about H&M (AGAIN) Just don\u2019t talk about Andrew and what he represents [shifty eyes emoji]\u201d.
