Mike and Zara Tindall<\/a> boast a huge net worth despite insisting they receive no financial support from the royal family<\/a>.<\/p>\n The couple, who met in 2003 and married in 2011,<\/a> are believed to be worth a combined \u00a330million thanks to various commercial deals and their respective sporting careers; Zara in equestrianism, Mike in rugby union.<\/a><\/p>\n The King\u2019s horse-loving niece competed at the London 2012 Olympics before later becoming a director at Cheltenham racecourse. She also has a string of endorsements with high-end brands, including one with clothing company Musto worth a reputed \u00a31m. Zara has also had tie-ups with companies such a Land Rover and Rolex.<\/p>\n Mike\u2019s 17 years as a rugby professional included being part of the England squad that famously won the World Cup in 2003. Being involved in one of English sport\u2019s greatest moments and marrying into the royal family will have helped open doors pre and post-retirement, including a stint on I\u2019m a Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out of Here, for which he was paid around \u00a3150,000.<\/p>\n Like his wife, Mike, who recently turned 47, has numerous sponsorship deals with various brands, including Pueris CBD, Domino’s, Amazon Prime and online trading platform UFXMarkets. He is also a regular on the lucrative after-dinner speaking circuit.<\/p>\n Therefore, the couple are not reliant on handouts from Zara\u2019s family. Speaking in 2015, before his appearance in Channel 4\u2019s The Jump, Mike said: \u201cThey don\u2019t give us any money. We look after ourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n Mike added that he didn\u2019t seek Queen Elizabeth\u2019s permission before taking on public roles but did consider the potential consequences.<\/p>\n He told the Radio Times: \u201cThat would always come up, yes, of course. But ultimately it\u2019s what we want to do first.\u201d<\/p>\n Mike remains closely associated with rugby through his media work, which includes a successful podcast, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby.
