A new Spider-Man 4<\/a><\/strong> set video provides some major clues regarding who Sadie Sink<\/a> could potentially be playing in the MCU<\/a> movie.<\/p>\n

Marvel Studios<\/a> and Sony Pictures<\/a>\u2019 Spider-Man 4, also known as Spider-Man: Brand New Day<\/a>, is now in production. Directed by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings\u2019 Destin Daniel Cretton, the film will once again see Tom Holland<\/a> reprise his role as Peter Parker\/Spider-Man<\/a>. It arrives in theaters next summer.<\/p>\n

Stranger Things\u2019 Sadie Sink has been cast in an undisclosed role in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, though there\u2019s been no shortage of theories and rumors regarding who she might be playing. A new Spider-Man 4 set video, shared on Twitter<\/a> by Cosmic Media, perhaps gives fans their best clue as to who she may have been cast as, as the footage potentially eliminates some possibilities.<\/p>\n

What do we see in the Spider-Man 4 set video?<\/p>\n

According to ComicBookMovie<\/a>, spectators watching the scene being filmed say that Sink\u2019s character, who can be seen being wheeled into a black van on a gurney, is being taken to the Department of Damage Control.<\/p>\n

This would mean that Sink\u2019s character likely has superpowers, which would mean she\u2019s probably not playing Gwen Stacy (unless, of course, she\u2019s Gwen Stacy\/Spider-Gwen from Earth-65) or Mary Jane Watson, as some have speculated. Beyond that, some of the more popular theories are that she could be Jean Grey or Firestar, which are still on the table.<\/p>\n

The cast of Spider-Man 4 also includes Zendaya as Michelle \u201cMJ\u201d Jones-Watson, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle\/Punisher, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner\/Hulk, Michael Mando as Mac Gargan\/Scorpion, and Marvin Jones III as Lonnie Lincoln\/Tombstone. Severance\u2019s Tramell Tillman and The Bear\u2019s Liza Col\u00f3n-Zayas have also been cast in undisclosed roles.<\/p>\n
