Developers who <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/news\/bristol-news\/major-city-centre-multi-storey-8908282\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"bought the Nelson Street NCP car parkLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">bought the Nelson Street NCP car park<\/a> have begun the process of consulting with residents and businesses nearby, ahead of submitting a full planning application in the New Year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"bristolpost\">Development firm Downing say the Nelson Street car park is \u2018underused\u2019, and they <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/news\/bristol-news\/major-city-centre-multi-storey-8908282\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"bought the site two years ago with plans to demolishLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">bought the site two years ago with plans to demolish<\/a> and redevelop it.
