Liverpool\u2019s midweek victory came at the price of more injury issues, with one new confirmed absentee and another two players in doubt for the trip to Brentford<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After four results we were all quick to wipe from our memories, Liverpool finally got back on the winner\u2019s board in midweek to lift some of the doom and gloom.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, it came at a cost. Here is who is and is not available for Saturday evening\u2019s Premier League<\/a> fixture: <\/p>\n

\u2022 Alexander Isak<\/a> (groin)<\/strong> \u2013 doubt
\u2022 Ryan Gravenberch<\/a> (ankle)<\/strong> \u2013 doubt
\u2022 Jeremie Frimpong<\/a> (hamstring)<\/strong> \u2013 out
\u2022 Alisson<\/a> (hamstring)<\/strong> \u2013 out
\u2022 Giovanni Leoni<\/a> (ACL)<\/strong> \u2013 out
\u2022 Jayden Danns<\/a> (hamstring)<\/strong> \u2013 out
\u2022 Stefan Bajcetic<\/a> (hamstring)<\/strong> \u2013 out<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Isak<\/strong> and Gravenberch<\/strong> are both doubts for the league match with groin and ankle issues respectively, with the duo having needed to prove their fitness in training on Friday.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlex not too bad, question mark for the weekend and so let\u2019s see where he is in then,\u201d Slot told reporters on Friday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s the same to be said about Ryan. He didn\u2019t travel with us, so today we are in again. Let\u2019s see where he is today (Friday).\u201d<\/p>\n

They are both considered doubts and, at the time of writing, it remains to be seen if they have travelled with the squad to London.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As for Frimpong<\/strong>, he is \u201cnot in a good place\u201d after succumbing to another hamstring injury against Frankfurt, with Slot revealing that his recovery is \u201cgoing to take a while.\u201d<\/p>\n

It means Conor Bradley<\/a> is expected to return from the start at right-back with Dominik Szoboszlai<\/a> then free to ply his trade in midfield.<\/p>\n

As for the latest on Alisson<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 who has missed the last three matches with a hamstring injury \u2013 he is also going to \u201ctake a little bit longer\u201d to be back in starting contention. <\/p>\n

Reports soon after his latest fitness issue claimed the Brazilian would not be available until after the November international break, which Slot has yet to confirm.<\/p>\n

Finally, Giovanni Leoni<\/a><\/strong>, Stefan Bajcetic<\/a><\/strong> and Jayden Danns<\/a><\/strong> all remain sidelined for the foreseeable. <\/p>\n
