The helicopter landed late this morning on the grass-covered roundabout at the junction of <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/southport\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Southport<\/a> Road and <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/aintree\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Aintree<\/a> Road in <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/bootle\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Bootle<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">An eyewitness told the ECHO she saw the air ambulance leave the area at around 12pm. Another neighbour said that prior to the air ambulance landing, he saw several police vehicles and two ambulances on Aintree Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">We do not yet know the nature of the incident.
