The lavish home has a huge ceiling, marble interiors and a lobby that gives a luxurious feel. Fans got a glimpse of Arpita and Aayush\u2019s house via Farah Khan\u2019s latest vlog. In the now-viral video, Aayush even joked that their house is the \u2018Dubai of Mumbai\u2019.<\/p>\n

Aayush said, \u201cMa\u2019am, welcome humare Mumbai ke Dubai main.” Farah quipped, \u201cIt\u2019s better than Dubai.” The camera then shifted to the apartment\u2019s gorgeous sea view, and Aayush said, \u201cNahi aap dekh sakte ho, voh humara Burj Al Arab hai.” Farah lounged on a huge sofa and said, \u201cSun bathing, sab hai idhar.”<\/p>\n

Aayush said that Arpita Khan likes to live in big homes, even though she only uses three spaces in the house. Looking at Aayush and Arpita\u2019s lavish home, Farah joked that she is poor. The massive apartment has also led fans to wonder about Aayush and Arpita\u2019s net worth.<\/p>\n

According to a 2024 report by Jagran, Aayush Sharma has a net worth of Rs 91 crore. He has starred in three films: LoveYatri, Antim: The Final Truth, and Ruslaan. Meanwhile, Arpita Khan enjoys a net worth of Rs 166 crore. While their combined worth is Rs 257 crore, the report claims that Aayush only owns 35 per cent of the assets.<\/p>\n
