Police are searching for a missing<\/a> Glasgow man as concern for his welfare grows.<\/p>\n

William Mathie was last seen<\/a> at around 8am on Friday, April 25, in the Prospecthill area of the southside of the city.<\/p>\n

The 43-year-old is described<\/a> as white, around 5ft 11in, with a shaved head.<\/p>\n

Although, it is not known what he was wearing when he was last spotted<\/a>, it is understood that he frequents the Cardonald area of Glasgow and may be using a white Vauxhall Movano van with the registration number ST62 HFV.<\/p>\n

Officers are appealing for the help of the public to trace<\/a> William.<\/p>\n

Inspector Kevin Dougall said: \u201cIt is out of character for William not to be in touch and we need to make sure he is safe<\/a> and well.<\/p>\n

“We are asking anyone who has seen him or knows where he might be to get in touch<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
