Aston Villa winger Marcus Rashford has a hamstring injury<\/p>\n

Unai Emery<\/a> has confirmed that Marcus Rashford suffered a hamstring injury ahead of Aston Villa\u2019s<\/a> FA Cup<\/a> semi-final against Crystal Palace.<\/a><\/p>\n

The winger could now be sidelined for “weeks”,<\/a> though he would have been unavailable for the final game of the season against Manchester United regardless, as he is on loan.<\/p>\n

Villa face Fulham next Saturday, then travel to Bournemouth the following weekend, before hosting Tottenham Hotspur in three weeks\u2019 time.<\/p>\n

“He is injured,\u201d Emery confirmed. \u201cHe got injured this week. It is his hamstring.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are going to test him each match to see how he is progressing. Probably some weeks that he can be not available.”<\/p>\n

Rashford has made 17 appearances for Villa since joining on loan from United at the start of February.<\/p>\n

Villa hold a \u00a340 million option to sign Rashford permanently this summer, although reports suggest he is seeking Champions League football next season.<\/p>\n
