Leicester, however, cannot prevent Monga from leaving, as he is not eligible to sign a professional deal until he turns 17 next June.<\/p>\n<p>Sources: Tottenham, Chelsea and Man United and Newcastle also monitoring Jeremy Monga<\/p>\n<p>City are not alone in their pursuit. Tottenham, Chelsea, <a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/manchester-united\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manchester United<\/a>, and Newcastle are all understood to be monitoring the England youth star closely.<\/p>\n<p>Monga has previously been happy to remain at Leicester due to the first-team opportunities he has been afforded \u2013 the club\u2019s main hope of retaining their homegrown talent.<\/p>\n<p>Our chief correspondent, Graeme Bailey, added: \u201cMonga is a generational talent.
