Nineties and noughties boyband Westlife<\/a> are embarking on a major tour to celebrate 25 years of making music – and tickets are going on sale this week.<\/p>\n

Running from September 2026, the recently announced UK leg includes shows in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield, London, Brighton, Bournemouth, Birmingham, Cardiff, and Manchester<\/a>. Then the group will return to Belfast and onto Europe for their first headline continental run in two decades.<\/p>\n

The group have also released a new song titled Chariot, written by Ed Sheeran, Johnny McDaid and Will Reynolds and co-written and produced by Steve Mac.<\/p>\n

On the upcoming tour, Westlife said: \u201cThis year marks 25 years since we started this incredible journey together and it still feels like only the beginning.<\/p>\n

“The support from our fans has been unbelievable, and to celebrate with this world tour, new music, and a brand-new album feels truly special. We can\u2019t wait to see you all on the road and share this next chapter together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Over the last 25 years, Westlife have become one of the most successful pop groups of all time. Their music has been streamed more than three billion times globally and they have achieved 36 No.1 albums worldwide, 14 UK No.1 singles, sold more than 55 million records, surpassed 1 billion YouTube views, and sold more than 6 million concert tickets around the world.<\/p>\n

The band have performed over 200 shows since their reunion in 2019 across 30 countries. Westlife remain the UK & Ireland\u2019s top-selling album group of the 21st century.<\/p>\n

Tickets are going on presale at 10am on Tuesday, October 28, for those with access to the artist presale<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There will be a Co-Op presale <\/a>for Westlife’s Manchester gig at 10am on Wednesday, October 29, at the same time as an Album Presale.<\/p>\n

A Live Nation presale<\/a> will then take place at 10am on Thursday, October 30, followed by the general sale at 10am on Friday, October 31.<\/p>\n
