Every week, Mulligans pours around <strong>13,000 pints of the black stuff<\/strong> \u2013 each one poured to perfection under the watchful eye of owner and Guinness expert, P\u00e1draig Brady.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than waste any surplus Guinness generated through the weekly cleaning and consistent maintenance of their lines, the team looked for a way to make the most of the stout that\u2019s <strong>too good to throw away<\/strong>, and far too full of flavour to ignore. Founded by Sam and Josh, the cult deli gained a loyal following for its huge <strong>New York-Italian style subs<\/strong> and sold-out pop-ups across the city.
