Leeds\u2019 next fixture in the Premier League is a trip down to the AMEX to face Brighton<\/a>. However, the Seagulls are in action tomorrow night as well in the EFL Cup against Arsenal.<\/p>\n

Fabian Hurzeler\u2019s side are undoubtedly underdogs away to Arsenal, but could be eyeing an upset to pass through to the quarter-finals.<\/p>\n

As Hurzeler previewed their Emirates trip, he revealed that former Elland Road favourite James Milner is suffering with a \u201csmall muscle issue\u201d and is ruled out. However, the Horsforth-raised Milner won\u2019t be fit to return to Elland Road either \u2013 as reported by The Argus<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Seven Brighton players ruled out through injuries against Leeds United<\/p>\n

Milner is one of seven players that the Seagulls won\u2019t have when United make their way to the South Coast.<\/p>\n

Long-term absentees Solly March and Adam Webster remain on the sideline until after the new year. Meanwhile, versatile defensive duo Jack Hinshelwood and Joel Veltman are expected to be back later in November.<\/p>\n

Attacking pair Kaoru Mitoma and Brajan Gruda are also expected to be back beyond the Leeds clash, per Premier Injuries<\/a>. Of course, that\u2019ll be a big a relief to Farke\u2019s side.<\/p>\n

If seven injuries weren\u2019t already enough for Hurzeler to contend with, a midweek trip to the best side in the country at the moment won\u2019t help.<\/p>\n

Brighton might fancy themselves in the cup competitions this season and therefore go strong at Arsenal. That would help us massively if they did.<\/p>\n

Going the distance tomorrow night against the best side in the league could leave them even more depleted for Saturday.<\/p>\n

A positive result here could bring us some very good momentum ahead of Nottingham Forest.<\/p>\n
