Guests will be greeted by The Treasury Wall, a bespoke installation that nods to the financial history of the district. At 5:10pm daily, The Derby will host The Golden Hour, a spirited ritual named after its address (5 \u2013 10 Great Tower Street), featuring a signature cocktail that celebrates the character of the day.<\/p>\n

At the heart of the hotel is Rycrofte\u2019s, a bold new dining destination inspired by Sir John Rycrofte, Sergeant of the Larder to Henry VII and Henry VIII.
