The restructuring, led by\u00a0Sebasti\u00e1n Unzu\u00e9<\/strong>, who takes on the role of\u00a0Head of Sports<\/strong>, involves the creation and consolidation of four key departments:\u00a0Performance, Racing, Health<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Riders<\/strong>, each with specialized managers coordinating their respective areas.<\/p>\n \u201cWe want to keep evolving as an organization and provide the team with a modern, efficient structure that meets the demands of today\u2019s cycling<\/strong>,\u201d said\u00a0Sebasti\u00e1n Unzu\u00e9<\/strong>. \u201cThis new model will allow us to optimize processes and strengthen collaboration across all departments.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n The\u00a0Racing Department<\/strong>\u00a0will be headed by\u00a0Chente Garc\u00eda Acosta<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Matthew White<\/strong>, the latter joining the team as a new addition. Both will coordinate sports planning and direction, key elements in the team\u2019s competition strategy.<\/p>\n Matthew White<\/strong>\u00a0stated: \u201cAfter more than 15 years as a Sports Director, I\u2019m starting a new and exciting chapter, eager to contribute my experience and help drive the team\u2019s success.
