Aston Villa<\/strong> has a new signing. It\u2019s not a much-needed striker, but the Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter<\/strong>. A dedicated Villa fan since the age of six, Brad\u2019s return to his boyhood club marks a new chapter in his celebrated career and quite the coup for hospitality at Villa Park.<\/p>\n Brad rose to prominence through his acclaimed Moseley restaurant, Carters<\/strong>, which he opened with his wife, Holly, in 2010. The restaurant quickly became a beacon of modern Brummie excellence\u2014and won Good Food Guide Readers\u2019 Restaurant of the Year in 2013 and a Michelin Star<\/a><\/strong> in 2015 (before closing in 2023).<\/p>\n This new partnership with Aston Villa sees Brad now residing at the 150 Club at Villa Park<\/strong>, where he will create a unique dining experience on the halfway line for supporters and guests. The new 150 Club dining experience offers a selection of three exclusive menus<\/strong> curated by Brad and his team.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is home for me; Villa Park and Birmingham. To bring my food to the club I\u2019ve loved all my life is beyond special,\u201d said Brad Carter. \u201cI want to give supporters and guests a true taste of Birmingham, playful, rooted in the seasons and served with the passion only Villa can inspire.\u201d<\/p>\n Brad Carter\u2019s menus aim to capture the spirit of Birmingham, from a modern take on Chicken Balti Pie<\/strong> to a delicious Carrot Cake with House Ricotta. For evening fixtures, indulge in his celebrated One Star D\u00f6ner Bar concept<\/strong>, elevated takes on classics like Cornish Lamb D\u00f6ner and Devon White Chicken Shawarma, paired with craft drinks and wine.<\/p>\n Laura Worsey, from Aston Villa, said: \u201cBrad Carter is a Birmingham icon, just like Aston Villa.
