During a chat with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, Dr Nene shared his admiration for Virat, calling him \u201cjust a decent human being\u201d they’ve met multiple times. He also revealed an interesting conversation he had with Anushka Sharma. \u201cThey were thinking about moving to London because they can\u2019t enjoy their success (here),\u201d he said, adding that it\u2019s easy to forget how much constant public attention can affect celebrities. \u201cAnything they do attracts attention. We almost become isolated.\u201d

Dr Nene also talked about how tricky fame can be. While he considers himself outgoing and easygoing, he admitted there are times when constant selfie requests, even though they come from a good place, start to feel intrusive. \u201cBut Anushka and Virat are lovely people, and they just want to raise their kids normally,\u201d he said warmly.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Virat\u2019s childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma also gave a little more confirmation to these reports in an earlier interview. Speaking to Dainik Jagran, he mentioned that Virat is planning to shift to London with Anushka and their two children. Right now, the cricketer is making the most of his family time whenever he\u2019s not busy with matches.
Virat had made a revelation at the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) Innovation lab, ahead of the IPL (Indian Premier League) 2025. He said, \u201cI might not have another Australia tour in me, so I am at peace with whatever happened in the past.” When asked about his retirement plans, he said, \u201cI actually don’t know what I will be doing post retirement, recently I asked a teammate the same question, and got the same reply. Yeah but may be a lot of travelling.\u201d
He had also stated that he hasn’t fully thought out his post-retirement plans, but he and Anushka are enjoying spending time in London with their children, Vamika and Akaay.
Both Virat and Anushka have expressed a desire for more travel in their post-career lives. The couple has been spending time in London, away from the Indian media spotlight, suggesting a preference for a more private life.
