Prince George<\/a> has already enjoyed meeting several major celebrities – evn though he is not yet 12-years-old. As one of King Charles’s grandchildren, George has got to meet well-known figures – ranging from sporting icons to film stars and singers.<\/p>\n

George, who will also one day become monarch, has generally been accompanied to major events by his father – and heir to the throne – Prince William<\/a>. Here, the Express looks at 20 well-known faces that George has met – so far.<\/p>\n

In June 2024, William attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium<\/a> with George and Princess Charlotte. As well as witnessing the US singer-songwriter perform her greatest hits on the first night of her London shows, George and Charlotte were also treated to a behind-the-scenes meeting with Taylor – with her even sharing a post of their meet<\/a> on her Instagram<\/a> account.<\/p>\n

Actor Ben Affleck once revealed on The Graham Norton Show that he caught a cold from George<\/a>. He said that he had taken his own son to the same play area as the royals back when he was filming Justice League in London.<\/p>\n

As well as famoous faces, George has also met many Political figures including the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Rishi Sunak<\/a> and the former New Zealand prime minister John Key and the former Australian prime minister Tony Abbott. The young royal also entertained Barack and Michelle Obama when the then-President and First Lady came to Kensington Palace.<\/a><\/p>\n

George has also previously hung out with some major sporting stars, including Tyrone Mings, Jack Grealish, Sir Alex Ferguson and Novak Djokovic<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After spending time at the family’s home in 2019, Roger Federer<\/a> shared a story about teaching the young prince to play tennis – even admittedly that he had a “good swing”.<\/p>\n

As well as Taylor, the trio also got to shake hands with Taylor’s boyfriend, American footballer Travis Kelce.<\/p>\n

In 2023, George is likely to have met Katy Perry, with the American singer having performed at the King’s Coronation Concert in Windsor. The mother-of-one, who recently travelled into space with Blue Origin, also attended the after-party. Another singer that George has met is Ed Sheeran. The pair met at the England v Germany – UEFA Euro 2020 – in June 2021.<\/p>\n

Being long-term friends of the Firm, George has also had the pleasure of meeting Sir David Attenborough, David Beckham, Daniel Craig<\/a> and Stephen Fry.<\/p>\n

Recalling his previously meeting with the young prince, intrepid adventurer Bear Grylls said during an appearance on Good Morning Britain the once saw George – who was just six at the time – eat a live ant like a “little hero.” Bear said: “And also Prince George, your first ant you ate today. And that is a great moment.
